Shipping and Handling Policy Statement:
Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. Please be aware that your order may be shipped to you from different locations depending upon the products you have ordered. Only Magnestore® products are via USPS Parcel Post, from Minnesota. Books from Sequoia Publishing are shipped via Priority Mail from Belen, NM. For all other products, shipping is handled by United Parcel Service (UPS) from Shelby Township, Michigan, Zip Code 48315. Shipping charges are computed on a REAL TIME basis by UPS, and added to your order form at checkout. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours or less. If there will be a delay in shipment (such as an item being backordered,) we will try to notify you as soon as we are made aware of such delay. For all UPS ground shipments, please allow from seven to ten days for your order to arrive. Currently, we cannot accept orders from outside the USA.
Return Policy Statetment:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return your product for any reason, or for no reason at all, within 30 days of purchase provided:
1.) The merchandise is still in the original packaging,
2.) The merchandise is in unused condition, and,
3.) The merchandise is accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), (which must be obtained from us) AND also follows guidelines listed below:
Return within 30 days:
Within 30 days of purchase, we will accept returns in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion, and remember that ALL returned merchandise must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package, which will be obtained by contacting us. Packages returned without a RMA cannot be accepted. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included with the purchase price the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You must e-mail Great Flashlights and Nifty Tools or call us to receive the RMA number. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
Concerning Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is discovered to be damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service by telephone (505-864-7606) or by clicking HERE. If your purchase was damaged in any way we will give you an exchage or refund consistent with this section. Please let us know immediately.
Concerning Warranties:
For products which fail after the sale, all merchandise sold by us is covered by the various manufacturers' warranties. Once products have been sold by us to the consumer, it becomes subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty, and it is not the responsibility of Great Flashlights and Nifty Tools. We will be happy to assist you, however, in obtaining warranty information if you so desire. Please submit all warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.
